Can you believe it’s October? Time to break out the layers and pumpkin spice everything. It also means being committed to my skin care routine to keep my skin hydrated! I have quickly fallen in love with DIY recipes and natural skin secrets and have had incredible success already after implementing them into my routine. I have an amazing group of resources and information that is available to anyone ready to take a more natural approach to their skin and wellness. If you are like me and have dry skin, you will thank me later because this skin treatment has been a game changer for me. I’m so excited to share it with all of you.
So here you have it, my DIY Skin Hydration Recipe:
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (I like Faye) the more fat content the yogurt has the better
1 bunch of washed organic parsley
1 TBS of honey 🍯
⁃Young Living Frankincense, Copaiba
*Lemon 🍋 is photo sensitive so don’t use before going out into the sun ☀️
How to use:
Mix the yogurt, parsley and honey in a blender. Store in a glass container and keep in fridge. Each time you apply to skin put about 2-3 tablespoons in a separate bowl and add one drop of each essential oil. When applying to skin, rub in circular motions, massaging into skin. When the mask starts to dry, apply more. NEVER let the mask completely DRY! Keep on for 20-30 minutes. It is very important you keep applying yogurt so the mask stays moist on your skin. Try to do this 4-5 times a week. For sensitive skin, always test a small area to prevent allergic reaction.

Parsley- is rich is vitamin C, therefore helps the production in natural collagen. As we all know, collagen is a girls best friend. Collagen irons out fine lines and wrinkles. Keeping us looking young and beautiful. It also helps fight bacteria that is known to cause acne.
Honey 🍯- Helps create a natural glow. It helps soothe and moisturize the skin. Honey also has a natural antibacterial that prevents breakouts.
Essential oils- Frankincense, Lemon and Copaiba. These 3 are amazing at smoothing, brightening and enhancing the appearance of healthy looking skin. Also, reducing the appearance of blemishes and shrinking pours…Leaving my skin feeling smooth and amazing!
