WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR WORKOUTS?
“I’m not a big ‘go to the gym’ guy so my training getting ready for the rodeo season have been strenuous, focusing on training to be an elite athlete. My trainer Acea Pickens of ITS personal training has been working on getting me quicker, faster, stronger. We work on cardio, agility, strength, balance, and being a well rounded athlete. Acea has a unique way of fitting everything into one work out.

FM: How do you stay motivated? What drives me and keeps me motivated has always been my faith and my family. I want to be the best person i can possibly be, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

RFM: What is your favorite supplement you take? When my wife came home and said she was going to be selling a supplement called Thrive, I was immediately skeptical. But after a few days of being on it I love it. Its give me energy, and all the vitamins and minerals my body needs. I also like advocare for the post recovery workout and protein it gives my body.

RFM: When do you find time to get your workouts in? I typically build my schedule around my workouts, I feel it is so important to keep my body in the best shape it can be. It has become a life style for me, not just something I squeeze in. My routine starts with a bible study to get get my spirit going then we go into our workouts.
